PSP

Cornerstone Christian School’s Private School Satellite Program- or PSP-  exists to equip Christian parent educators by providing  support, training and accountability, along with  opportunities for organized student activities such as sports, drama and art.  We are a K-12 homeschool program for homeschooling parents who feel called by God to train and educate their children at home from a godly Biblical/Christian worldview.  We offer students in the High School Independent Program option a college prep diploma and transcript from a dually accredited high school.*  We have options available for participation in our sports programs, UC approved upper level Math, Science, History and English courses.

PARENTAL REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be born-again believers
  • Be called of the Lord into homeschooling
  • Have a willingness to sacrifice personal time
  • Be determined to equip their children in the way God has planned
  • Persistence in prayer and study time

Although parents are responsible for choosing and obtaining their preferred curriculum, setting goals and evaluating their own children’s progress, PSP serves as a facilitator to help organize, structure, maintain and test students along with other means of support throughout the school year.

  • Standardized Testing/PSAT/NMSQT
  • Enrollment in Senior High campus classes (subject to availability)
  • School Pictures/inclusion in yearbook
  • Athletic Participation (6th grade through High School)
